On Thursday 22nd July, we are holding a Meet the Manager event at Chester station between 3pm and 6pm.

Our local Customer Service team and our Customer Relations Manager will be on hand in the station concourse to talk about any comments, queries or suggestions you may have about any aspect of our services.

We will keep a log of all issues raised, and if we cannot answer a question or comment on the day, we will contact people directly with an answer. Additionally, we will post a summary of all issues raised and our responses on our website shortly after the event.
