Arriva Trains Wales is advising customers planning to travel by train to the National Eisteddfod in Ebbw Vale on 31 July - 7 August 2010 that train services will be busy.

Simon Turton, Special Events Manager for Arriva Trains Wales said “extra carraiges will be added to services operating between Cardiff and EbbwVale Parkway providing additional seating capacity. An additional late evening return from Ebbw Vale Parkway servcie will also be provided.”

Shuttle buses will also run between the venue and Ebbw Vale Parkway station on a regular basis.
