  • How to buy your Arriva Club 55 Ticket 

    There are two different Arriva Club 55 return journey tickets you can buy:


    By not travelling on a Friday you can save money! Buy a Club 55 ‘Not Friday’ ticket for only £24 and you can typically enjoy travelling on less busy trains and benefit from the lowest priced product.

    Alternatively, if greater flexibility is what you want, buy a Club 55 ‘Anyday’ ticket for £29 and you can travel on any day of the week.

    If you hold a valid Senior or Disabled Persons Railcard you will be entitled to a £1 discount on Arriva Club 55 tickets. Please ensure you take the valid Railcard on your journey when using an Arriva Club 55 ticket.

    Date and time restrictions for Arriva Club 55

    Travel using a Club 55 ticket is not permitted before 0900 Monday to Friday except between the following locations (in either direction):

    • Shrewsbury – Aberystwyth/Pwllheli
    • Shrewsbury – Llanelli/Swansea via Llandrindod
    • Chester – Holyhead/Llandudno/Blaenau Ffestiniog
    • Neath – Milford Haven/Pembroke Dock/Fishguard Harbour
    • Wrexham Central - Bidston

    Travel is not permitted on services arriving into London Marylebone before 1000, or departing from London Marylebone between 1600 and 1900 (Monday-Friday). If you are starting your journey from a station with no time restriction, you may only depart or pass through Neath, Shrewsbury and Chester stations after 0900.
