Health & Safety
We will need to see a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, Risk Assessment and Method Statement.

The risk assessment will list and identify sensible measures to control any potential risks while filming. Your method statement or ‘safe system of work’, will detail the way the filming will be undertaken. The method statement should outline the hazards involved and include a step by step guide on how to the filming will be done safely.

Please note that we cannot process your filming request without your application form, Risk Assessment and Method Statement.

Filming Fees
Please note that there is a location fee of £250 per hour for filming. This fee covers administration and supervision of all activities. 

We will need to see a copy of your Public Liability Insurance, Risk Assessment and Method Statement. 

Notice
We require at least 14 days’ notice to consider your application. This is to allow time for the application to be share with colleagues in other functions and arrange supervision.
