Tom Joyner - Managing Director
Tom joins ATW from London Midland, where he was Passenger Services Director and brings with him 20 years’ experience in the rail industry.
Tom joined London Midland in 2013 and has led a team of 2,000 people to transform the 60 million passenger journeys made every year. His efforts led to London Midland being given the accolade of Britain’s most improved organisation for customer service by the Institute of Customer Service. His previous roles include working in the field of future rail systems at Network Rail and before that holding board and leadership roles within the First Group and National Express Train Operating Companies. |

Bethan Jelfs - Customer Services Director

Lynne Milligan - Projects & Planning Director
The Projects Director is responsible for leading the ATW part of the major projects of Electrification, major signalling renewal and Property, as well as continually reviewing and developing our train plan. |
